Return Policy

At Ellimax, your satisfaction is always important to us. We want to right every situation and continue making our customers happy!

We always offer a 60 day return whether it was a damaged item, a lost package, wrong item, or simply a change of heart. Please read below for our return instructions and policy!


  1. Contact us to request an RMA number.
  2. Click ____ to fill out the return form. Include a copy in the return package
  3. Package all item(s) in a shipping box. Original shoe boxes and clothing tags must be included with your return item. Packages received with shipping tape or postage labels attached to the original shoe box will be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Please note return shipping is at the customer's expense. All returns must be reported within 5 days after delivery for a refund of the item price minus 15% restocking fee. Please note, the shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund price as well.

All returns must meet the following guidelines to guarantee a refund:

  1. Must be returned within 60 days of original purchase date.
  2. All items, including shoe boxes, should be returned in unused condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
  3. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Us to request an RMA number. We will then email your RMA number to you. Should we receive your package without an RMA number, there will be a $10 processing fee added.
  4. All orders must be returned within 14 days of issuance of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.

Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Any packages received with COD (cash on delivery) will be refused with the shipping courier.

You will not receive a refund/exchange if the item(s) are returned without a box, in a damaged box, without tags, and/or in used condition. Please DO NOT place the shipping label directly onto the actual shoe box. The shoe box needs to be in "new" or its original condition without any damages or tape marks.

If the product is defective upon arrival, please send us a photo to verify the problem within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with the returning procedure and we will be responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not in stock, we will issue a full refund for the item.

If the package is lost in transit, we will follow up with our courier. We will re-ship the item at our expense if it is still available. We will issue a full refund for the item if it is out of stock after the lost claim is approved by the shipping company.

If an incorrect item was sent, please send us a photo of the item received. We will process replacement order as soon as the incorrect item(s) are returned to us in an unused condition, all tags attached, and in their original boxes. We will also be responsible for all shipping fees (domestic shipments only).

Returned item(s) must be unused, with tags still attached, and in their original boxes. In addition, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; restocking fee of 15% will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that you want to make an exchange, place a new order for the item(s) that you want and return the original item for a refund. Full or partial refund will be issued based on reason for return.

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount if the package cannot be delivered to its destination after multiple delivery attempts, an insufficient address, customer refusal, cancelled order after shipment, etc... A reshipping charge will apply if the customer would like us to reship the item(s). For International orders, undeliverable packages may be subject to abandonment. Customer will not be eligible for any refund if the package is abandoned.

If your order has been sent to a destination within California, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.


All Sales are FINAL for international/Canada orders, door busters, sales items, and daily promotions. All promotions applied to an order, including any free shipping promotions, will be subject to adjustment on returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
