Exchange Policy

We exchange any merchandise in Resalable / Unwear condition with a copy of your original invoice. You have two options to exchange your merchandise.
Send email request online thru our contact us page.
List the items you want to exchange on your invoice and send the item back to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please return any merchandise with the orginal invoice. Please contact us before sending any merchandise back. If there is a price difference fro an exchange, we will either request for additional payment such as a check to cover the price difference.

Return / Exchange Time Frame / Re-ship Time Frame

Exchange/Reship will takes up to 2 weeks to complete the process.
Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to two weeks for the credit appear on your credit card / debit card statement.
